1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, understand that participation in Bloom Literacy Centre Summer Camps involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor weather conditions, and group interaction. I hereby elect to voluntarily allow my child to participate in these activities and assume all risk of physical injury or loss of personal property.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
I agree to release, waive, and discharge Bloom Literacy Centre and its employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of my child’s participation in the camp program.
3. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to the staff of Bloom Literacy Centre to seek medical treatment for my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact the primary guardian listed on the registration form first. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4. Code of Conduct & Dismissal
To ensure a safe environment, all campers are expected to follow safety rules and treat others with respect. Bloom Literacy Centre reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous to themselves or others, without a refund.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: If cancelled 30 days prior to the start date.
Partial Refund (50%): If cancelled between 14–29 days prior.
No Refund: If cancelled within 14 days of the camp start date.
